Chocolate (is this a good idea you think???)

So, I had the worst craving for chocolate today. And I decided that if I let myself have a reasonable amout of chocolate it will kill the craving. Usually if I hold back and cut somethig I like out completely I blow it and just eat as much as I want. So I decided each weigh in day (usually Monday but this week is off a little)after i weigh in I will let myself have one square of my belgian chocolate bar (one of those big ones lol). This way I can have a little with out blowing it. I don't think it will hurt me that much exspecially if I have it in the beginning of the week. I like chocolate too much to cut it out completely!!! I hope this is a good idea. I guess I'll see Monday. If I hit a plateau or if I'm not loosing weight then I will stop. Do you think this is a good idea?

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
I've done lots of different approaches to lose weight & stay in shape. Now that I've turned 40, I'm really trying to commit to making lifestyle changes that are livable & more focused on well-being than just being thin.
So, something I've learned is that you have to be kind and loving to yourself. If you love chocolate, have a little--every day if you want. The key is to not make it "bad." Find a way to incorporatte it into an overall healthy diet.
Plus, get the best darn chocolate you can so it feels like a gift to yourself.
