i lost 22 lbs in 3 weeks and i excersised every day for 5 weeks and the past 2 weeks i havent lost a lb on my scale so i discouraged and i had an emotional weekend and i cheated all day saturday and allday sunday but i said id jumpsatart my diet again on monday and i didnt then i said today and i already had cheezits i gotta stop i already gained 8 pounds back this last 4 days what do i do i did soooo good b4
