I have read tons of diet books and websites and I have found that a lot of them suggest cheat days... one day a week where you can eat anything you want. I'm not so sure how I feel about cheat days and whether they'll completely throw me off track. I kinda had one unintentionally yesterday (went going out to dinner for Mexican and then ice cream) and I don't think its thrown me off too much. But I'm not sure I want to make it something I do every week. Does anyone else incorporate cheat days in their diet? Does it help or hurt you?
