So...I got on the scale today just for kicks...and I weight 220 even. And I weighed 221.8 last Friday...so I'm down 1.8 pounds. WOOT! And I haven't done anything drastic or crazy...just eating breakfast (a big one, I never ate breakfast), eating Special K cereal bars, 100 calorie snacks, or fruit for a snack, eating better portions. yay!
