I know I am an emotional eater, but I can not figure out what I am feeling most of the time. I wlak around like I am bored and go get something to eat. I may be doing homework or watching TV and then suddenly I feel like I should be up and doing something so I go in and eat. I'm restless really, but I don't know what is triggering it. I know there is an emotion there - I just don't know what I feel. Any suggestions on how to access that so that I can deal with it as it comes instead of just going into the kitchen to eat?
