I have been dieting now for a little over a week and have cut my intake to 1100 calories a day. I experienced some problems with frequent headaches and such and was wondering what amount of calories I should be taking in a day? I weigh 235 and I am 5' 6". I want to lose as fast as possible and lost 10 lbs in my first week. I excersise 45 mins a day and burn on average 300-500 calories during that period. I also cut out red meat completely. Am I doing something wrong or is this a good path for me?
