I\'m starting to work with a nutritional therapist and she\'s big on nonfat dairy and calorie counting. I\'m really not. I\'m believing more and more that in order to repair the damage physically and emotionally that I\'ve done with all of my previous dieting I need to eat healthier good quality foods. I just don\'t know what/how many portions of foods I should eat during the day to help reset my metabolism-which is why I\'ve gone to her (I know that it\'ll take a long time but if it means being closer to staying at one size instead of my ups and downs I\'ll be happy).
