I always have trouble figuring out how many calories I can eat and maintain my weight and how many calories I can eat to loose weight. I am always on a diet (well I try to be) and am currently up 5 pounds from where I would like to be. I run a lot and usually run an hour a day. Sometimes if I have the day off I will even run for 2 hours (an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon). I have found that no matter how long I run for, as long as I dont eat a lot I can maintain or loose weight. Has anyone esle experienced this? I do not think that it is muscle weight that I am gaining when I run because I have been running this much since 7th or 8th grade!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
