i was between 178 and 180 for a whole month and finally went down to 176.5. yippy!!!!!! im so super happy. i didnt even hav to lower my calories. i just didnt eat my big meal at nite and upped my workout and drank more water. i had what usally is dinner at 330 and a protein bar after my afternoon workout and had a big salad at 7 when my hubby came home. i should continue not eating a big meal at night. it makes such a difference. what else hav you all done to break your plateaus?
