I am still breastfeeding and I care more about my daughter's health and happiness than loosing weight quickly, BUT I feel like I try to eat better and it is so slow I give up. I wanted to do the cabbage soup diet for a week to just kick myself into the dieting mode and see a result to motivate, but easting so much cabbage and onions will upset my daughter. I feel like anything I do to help myself will not be helpful to her. Any suggestions or motivational input?
