Hi, I'm new to this group, just started another diet. My question is this....I'm not a big breakfast person, but I know that I should really eat breakfast every day. I usually just have lots of coffee. My idea of breakfast is fried eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy....not healthy at all. I'm not a big fan of cereal, either. Any ideas on a healthy breakfast that I might actually enjoy? Any and all advice is appreciated!
