So the stresses of eating healthy on campus have already shown themselves. Old friends visiting, birthdays coming up... it all adds up to eating out and drinks! I did great the past few days staying on my daily points and I did my best last night by ordering chicken (which was really good anyway) instead of the fat juicy burger that looked oh-so-good on the menu. tonight my friend is choosing a mexican place for her birthday and im sure a bar will follow. Im going to do my best for the day to enough enough and save points for tonight that i know i will need... but how do you eat low points (for those on ww) at a mexican restaurant?!?!
