Hi all. How did everybody do today? I had a really great day ! I exercised for the first time in over a year; I swam for an hour at the gym and even found a swim instructor to start working with on Friday to learn the best water exercise for cardio and my stupid knee. Then I ate GREAT all day. I feel like today was a turning point for me and that I may just make it after all. This group within the group is great support and I know we can all do it if we stick together. I need to go read all the recipes and see what great things we have all come up with. Now to just copy them all down so I can try them. How was everybody else's day? I DID IT! YAHOO!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
