I saw the guy that won this tv show contest to lose weight on Larry King Live last night and it was truly inspirational. He lost half his body weight, over 200 pounds, in 8 months. Mainly careful diet and lots and lots of exercise. They also discussed a book that sounded interesting -YOU ON A DIET by Mehmet Oz. Anyone know anything about it??

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
