Forget about crunches. Nothing works like a good bicycle ride every day. It is very hot in Florida, so I have to go early AM. I've been on the South Beach Diet for months now and I have lost only 10 lbs. but I feel better and I'm maintaining my weight and building muscle with riding and walking everyday.
