Forget about crunches. Nothing works like a good bicycle ride every day. It is very hot in Florida, so I have to go early AM. I've been on the South Beach Diet for months now and I have lost only 10 lbs. but I feel better and I'm maintaining my weight and building muscle with riding and walking everyday. I'll never be a size 5 but I don't have a belly anymore. Yippee..hugs to all, Julia

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
