been at 1200 mostly 1500 a few days...i wasent even eating only about 1800-2200 a day before this time..i been dieting 20 yrs off on..i know most cal,s in all foods...my problem is i started this 30 days ago,,im goo at losing weight this time not so great..i do eat heathy foods..no junk non..sugars very little..no raw sugar none......i was 260 when statred i don go oin diets wont work there OK for alot just i got my own way....cal in cal out...i workout everyday 45 min weights no large amount..like 30 pounds max..i also do 4 cardios aweek 20 min 5 min cool down..ive went down 8 pounds only in 30 days..i know that the muscle mass weighs more than fat..but before ive always dropped at least 15 pounds 1st month...could this be that i wasent that far out to begin with...like at 1800-2200 aday even...thats still low for me..im 5' 11" 250 pounds bmi???? so if this is my case i will only drop 2 pounds aweek?????????? but i will still gain muscle..butt musles burn fat even wile asleep....i no where's big in my arms bu have got definition.....help thanks im new to this board also james
