okay, i'm new to this, but here it goes: I am reading this book (in the subject line) - i'm on day 4 so far. it isn't a diet, but information to use with a healthy diet, to help you stick with it and stay focused - it's behavioral/cognitive therapy. it gives you something to work on every day, and I am supposed to have a diet coach - someone who I can turn to if i'm having problems, get advice or just positive reinforcement, someone to be accountable to in a way. so, I was thinking of writing on here, in the journal of my struggles and successes and hopefully get some support, and maybe encourage others. I would definitely recommend looking into the book - it is awesome already. has anyone else read it? well, hopefully i'll be writing in my journal soon, and i'd love to hear from people!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
