Question for all. I have tried WW and I keep having the same problem...I can't stick to my alotted points..there's to much freedom in the program. Atkins I can do but there is some much good and bad about the diet out on the web. I need to find a diet that is simple but without to much freedom. I'm don't going to be able to stick to a diet were you eat bronw rice and steamed vegs 3 to 4 times a day. I don't have a problem with exercise my main problem is the love of food.
