I have been on a low carb diet for about 3 years. I still drink a minimum of 2 cups of milk a day and low fat cheese. Lots of chicken , salads and veggies. No bread , rice or pasta. I know I should exercise but I don't get to.I tend to have low card meal replacement bars for breakfast. No sugar at all during the week. I take a day off in the weekend. I am stable ( stuck) in my weight, but I gain 1-2 pounds on day off .It takes me the whole week to loose it again. My question is , Any recommendations on how to get the weight loss to restart ? Also my stomach has been hurting with Malitol and sugar free products. Any comments? Thanks

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
