Does anyone have a link for an effective at-home fitness routine? I am looking for about 45 mins and have a Total Gym (lost all paperwork for it!)and a treadmill... something more for a beginner. I have not excercised for a few years and am 40lbs overweight on a 5'4" frame. I knew what to do when I was much smaller--but I guess I took that for granted...my body doesnt work the same now and I have lower back pain (from the weight I am sure)--I carry a lot of the weight in my middle. Thanks for any advice!!!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
