I have tried all sorts of diets, everything from Slimfast, the Special K diet, Bob Greene diet, a few diets i have read about in some magazines, and just eating healthy with fruits, veggies, etc. Nothing works. I really really want ot lose weight. I have given myslef a deadline of 15 pounds to lose in 3 and a half months. I don't have a lot of willpower, i am an emtotional eater, and i have no motivation. I hate owkring out and that is really the most difficult for me because in order for me to get results I need to work out really hard since i have done tihngs such as biking, pilates, dumbells, and even biking, walking, etc and they didn't work. If i don't see an immediate change i get discouraged and I quit, i don't want to do that, i hate running but i don't know what else to do. I really really want to lose weight though, so i was hoping to find someone who is dealing with the same issues I am that can support me and I can support them. Does anyone want to? Let me know please.
