What have you found to be the most effective way for this. I am not completely overweight...but I don't feel comfortable or healthy anymore and it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to even loose a couple of pounds. Exercise did not work when I was doing it and now I am trying to eat smaller amounts of healthy foods more times throughout the day. This weekend I celebrated my birthday which didn't help...I also noticed the weight gain right after starting BC. Has anyone experienced this as well and were you able to do anything about it??
