Hey all...I'm pretty new to this group. My story...a year ago I stepped on a scale and it said 197 and I'm only 5,3. My weight is now 145 (hoping to make 120 but may not happen since we want to try for a baby in 3 or so months). I know it's not dramatic loss or near as much as I could've lost in a year but I didn't do any formal diet. I just started an exercise routine and changed my eating habits to a point. The reason I didn't do any of the plans like portion control, Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, is because I knew full well I'd never stick to that. Lol. So I just contented myself to lose weight slowly. Any other slow-losers here? ;)

I have had Ttp twice this year I'm 48 my doc said the next time Ttp happens they will take my immune system. Has anyone had this done? Does it work ? What other problems do u get?
theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
