I know that this question seems so obvious, but when I look at the label on my food it seems that no matter where I go, sugars pop up. Even in canned soups, and other seemingly healthy additions to meals, there is still plenty of sugar. I am unable to cook many days due to my multiple health conditions and my weakness. I cannot even tolerate standing over the hot stove on certain days. Any advice? Thanks!
