Yes, another lb has come off... That's 15% of my weight-loss goal! Yahoo! I think I've found the "secret" of losing weight for me -- KEEP BUSY! I have set myself a bunch of projects, and any "free" time I have, like if I'm not working or chauffeuring the kid around, I look at my list and find something I can fill my time with -- so as not to nap, sit in bed and read, or watch the boob tube. Then I don't think about snacking. I eat the meals I need to eat, with a couple of scheduled healthy snacks in between, but don't "want" stuff just for the sake of eating.
