As some of you know, I have stopped eating at 5:30pm. I have a vitamin water as a snack after that but that is all. I have to say at first it was extremely difficult. But it has been about 2 weeks now and I'm addicted to waking up the next morning feeling great and thin of course. It has given me more freedom to eat what I want during the day (healthy foods of course) and know that I'm done at 5:30pm and that is it. I love it. I know it may be difficult, but it leads to another whole world of weight loss. :)
