Hello all I wanted some of your guys' opionons on whether or not you thought aerobics or strenght training would be a better method to quickly slim down. It is only a couple of months until school starts and I have limited options. My neighborhood is not the kind where a young white girl goes by herself. I don't have a job either so I can't have a gym membership. So I have heard that strenth training helps slim you down much faster and more efficently than areobics. Anyone have any advice????????
