Hi Guys
I just got a Celebrity Slim pack.
Im limited to my vegies and healthy snacks. Im not allowed bananas so i was just wanting advice on what i can put into my shakes to make them thicker so that they fill me more. I have not started yet but i fear that if im hungry after a shake i will give up because i cant cope.
So just wanted thickening ideas which are healthy and allowable on such a diet. Also for in betwen snacks for morning and afternoon tea what is something health yet tasty i can eat. Any nice dips i can mix up which will taste nice with carrot and or celery sticks. Please any ideas are welcome i just want this diet to work so badly.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
