Why can't healthy foods be addicting like the junk foods are? Is it truly because of addictive preservatives? I notice that if I have a bad day I am way more likely to have many bad days in a row. Normally I don't drink soda, that is unless I have it just once. Which is what happened at a friends house when that was all she had. Today I wanted it...and could just drink a bunch of it right now. I find the same thing happening with chips or chocolate. If I have chocolate today I will want it tomorrow. Someone had recently posted about McDonald's addiction and I agree with that too. If I have it once in the week, I will surely have it again....I will just crave that crap!

You know, now that I have been able to sit and think about this...I am thinking that it is the behavior, or maybe a combination of behavior and food additives. I also think that exercise can be addicting in a way. I recently started to go to the gym and when I miss a day I feel awful, and it is those days that I make a lot of bad food choices.

i have the same problem with eating right and feeling addicted to crap food.(as my dad puts it) i think its the food. it eventually becomes a behavior thing. your daily routine kinda thing. atleast thats what it feels like for me.also its hard to eat right when you cant afford it. fast food is cheap. $1 a burger is so perfect for my budget and sooooo bad for ME. not only my weight but my lupus. so its a big problem. i tryed to make a better choise, but what i can affored is a crappy ganola bar and a yogurt. i cant live on that. not to metion after work i'll crave a tiwx or a chocolate bar or something bad. and i bet we will have Mc Crapp for dinner by next week (sooner then later) so yeah its addicting.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
