Every diet I have been on, the biggest problem I have had is portion control. An example of this is the low carb diets. When I did them, I would pig out of all the meat. No portion control for me. Well, doing Nutripoints or any other eating plan requires portion control. So, this is what I have done. I buy the Hefty brand of paper plates that are divided into 5 compartments. I put my portions into the differant compartments and make sure they don't overflow with food. There is how I am controlling my portions. Any other ideas?
