Recently I have started to work out at the gym. I have even gotten a personal trainer. I am weight training and doing cardio 5 days a week. First of all I feel wonderful about all of this. Les stress, more energy and me time, its great.
The problem is, is that I also need to diet. I am about 40-50 pounds over weight and I really need to lose this weight a healthy way. Since I started working out I have been so hungry all the time. I try to make good choices, but I will still be hungry all day. I had a goal to eat 16oo calories per day and that is out the window....there is no way I can do that. I am so hungry. I understand that its because I am working out but how am I supposed to lose any weight?
I definitely need suggestions on how to eat less, or healthy filling snacks would be great.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
