I lost over 20 lbs on the 6 week body makeover by following it to a T, plus I incorporated treadmill 3 times a week and some crunches. However, after the 6 weeks, I gradually started adding sugary and salty foods back into my diet. I began craving chocolate and peanut butter, bread, chips, sweets, etc. It got to the point where I was sneaking food in the middle of the night so my husband wouldn't see me, and going through drive-thru after work. I was binging on mass quantities of junk food. Now I weigh 10 times more than I did to start out with, I'm extremely uncomfortable with my body, and have had the worst gas since I started eating so terribly. Help! Any suggestions on an eating/exercise plan to tone up and keep the weight off? Has anyone done the 6 week makeover and kept the weight off?
