hi i am jaime lee i have just joined and would love some advise after spending 5 months in hospital on bed rest (i was pregnant) eating 3 meals a day and afternoon and morning teas with no exercise i have gone up 3-4 sizes i try to eat healthy i do slip up a lot though taking my children to mcdonalds on occasions i have joined a sport and i try to walk the dogs everynight its raining alot at the moment though ha ha anyhow i can't seem to get back to my old size any suggestions are good ones thanks guys

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. maybe try to get on a routine in the mornings or evenings that you ARE going to GET UP and workout for however long...just watch what u eat...ill do it with u if u want...i need a buddy :)
