hey everyone, i am trying to lose weight so i can become jockey (helps me raise money over the summer)- i need to be under 120... right now I'm like 130. the "jockey diet" is to drink a bunch of water before any meal, eat breakfast lunch and dinner, balanced, and cut the portions in half... i have no problems with any of this, but one thing i have on my mind is when is it too late to eat lunch? does it really matter what time? thanks!!!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
