I don't know why i got on the scales this a.m. I usually weigh in on Mondays. But I was down three pounds from last week!!! i was extactic!! Wish i knew what i did, i'd do it again!!!

That is Great!! Congrats!! It is a really good feeling when that happens. I have yet to get on the scale due to fear. I have been going to the gym for 2 whole weeks and I am very scared to look. Kudos to you! Keep up the great work! Now go buy you a new outfit!!

Yea for you!!! Start keeping a food diary...weekly. I keep mine on thekitchen counter. Every meal/snack written down. Then when you have a great week..you can see exactly what it is...if not so great!!there it is EXACTLY..

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
