For anyone who has lost weight, when do you start to see noticably changes? I don't see it on my body that I've really lost weight but my pants fit differently. Just curious if anyone knows when you can really start to see a noticable difference. I have lost 6.6 pounds since starting my lifestyle change of exercising (a month ago). I notice a change - i don't have to unbutton my pants, they just pull right down. But when I look in the mirror, I don't see much of a difference....hmm?! Comments.
