I am eating very healthy. Very little red meat, always lean meat, lots of vegs (love veggies), drink nothing but water, small portions, 1400 calories a day, low fat contents or no fat content, and I still have gained two lbs. Can someone explain it to me? I am perfectly healthy. I dont have diabeties and nothing is wrong with my thyroid. Why the hell am I trying so freaking hard and getting nowhere? granted the week before this week I dropped at least ten lbs( i had alot of swelling due to a ongoing alergic reaction) but still I gained two. how is that going to keep me motivated? I just dont get it.
