I have to lose at least 70 lbs before I can be put on the transplant list. I have been trying to watch how many calories I eat. And I do what I can for exercise but it is hard because I can't do a whole lot because of my lungs being on their last legs. I am on continuous oxygen 6 liters. Does anyone have any helpful tips to help me get the weight off fast.
