Hi- I'm new to this support group so I'm looking to make connections. About 3 years ago I weighed 283# then I got really sick and lost 50# but now I am back up to 253#. I can't keep going back up! I really want to be healthy. I think a healthy weight according to BMI is about 180# which seems impossible. I'm 36 years old. I'm on medications that cause weight gain. I see my doctor this week. What do you believe is your biggest asset in your weightloss... what helps you the most? What was your biggest success? What do you absolutely avoid at all cost?
