I try and keep gum with me at all times. Sugarfree and yummy. After any meal - esp lately bc I'm on this diet - I crave something sweet after a meal. So I pop gum in my mouth instead, and almost right away my craving is gone! Maybe because of the clean mouth feeling? Anyway, does anyone have any tricks like this to share? Like, for when I look into my purse and see that I'm out of gum...?
