I was on this board last fall but found myself to distracted with my CFS ... things are better now and I have just started a new plan. I don't deal well with rigid and structured diets. I guess I have a rebellous attitude! Anyway, I did some reading and found the NO S Diet ... I am not one for fad diets but my daughter who has recently lost a 105# feels this may help me alot (she knows me well) The NO S means, no snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days that start with S. I have just started and find it good so far. I've had a 2# lost. So we will see where this takes me. I could use and will give encouragement! Aletta
