I have never tried online support groups for anything so I am really hoping this works. I have a significant amount of weight to lose and I am beginning to feel very frustrated about it. I will turn 30 this year and on my 28th birthday I set a goal to lose all the weight I needed to by my 30th birthday. Well its one year later and all I have lost is 13 pounds. I have tried a lot of diets but I cant seem to find anything that can help me learn to make healthy choices without constantly thinking about food and counting this, that, and the other.I want to learn to eat and live healthier not just follow a plan that will only work as long as I stay on the plan. I am open to any advice anyone is willing to share on eating and exercise. I am also looking for any exercises good for people who are beginners or exercises for those who need to lose significant weight.
