I can't believe it. I just started my diet on Sunday and I am already seven pounds lighter. I have tried to diet so many times before but for some reason it was too hard. This time it's not, I can turn down cake and that second bun because I know I don't need it and I can live without it. I'm very proud of myself. Working out is going great. I wasn't able to work out Monday because I worked 7 am to 11 pm and my gym was closed by then. But I do work out about 25-30 min. The pounds are just falling off. Yah! I'm gonna look so good in my wedding dress. Hope all is well with everybody else. Good Luck!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

That's awesome, keep at it! It sounds like you're doing fabulous!
Do not worry about now working out every day because you do not want to overdo it, injure yourself or burn out!
For any days where you have such long hours, why not put together a short 30min routine you can do at home when you get up that is a few stretches and body weight exercises.
If you do a bit of exercises in the morn, you will wake up your metabolism and have it working during the day!
Now be careful or you may have to get a way smaller wedding dress!
