Hi everyone!
Obviously I'm new here. I just joined Medical Weight Loss Clinic on Monday. Currently I weigh 188lbs and I'm trying to get down to around 120lbs (I'm only 5'1 so that's not to small on me). Right now they have me eating 5 supplements a day, and a regular (healthy) dinner. This is the biggest I've ever been, I've gained around 40lbs since having my son 2 years ago. I'm already haveing a tough time, I didn't realize that eating was such an addiction for me... it's all I've been thinking about all week. I honestly just really miss food lol! But I feel like I HAVE to loose the weight, I feel so bad about myself. Anyway that's my story in a nutshell. I'm 25, and I have a wonderful husband and a adorable (almost) 2year old little boy. I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone, and getting some encouragement... I could really use it!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Push yourself hard, but don't deprive yourself of everything or it will make your weight loss boring and hard as hell! I'm here for support any time!
