Has anyone tried the product that passes fat through your system without absorbing it? I know it has some uncomfortable side effects but I am frustrated with how slowly I am losing weight considering I only consume about 1,800 calories and exercise hard for 45 minutes a day. Has the product worked for you. How bad are the side effects?

I am not sure of the products name but I will check at the pharmacy later. It allows fat to pass through without absorbtion. I read about it in a major magazine. The problem is if you eat a lot of fat you get a bad case of the runs. I read about it in the context of teenagers abusing it.
By decreasing calories, sometimes all you accomplish is slowing your metabolism.
What type of exercise are you doing? Cardio is the best, and with altering the pace, and changing the type is also important. I alternate my cardio on the rowing machine, the bike and the eliptical machine.
You said that you are losing weight but slowly. Well, that's how you lose weight healthily. I know it's frustrating but here's another thought.
Muscle weighs more than fat, so how are your clothes fitting lately?
If you are eating a healthy diet, with no bad fats, little sugars except those already in fruits, no whites like flour and pastas, lots of whole wheat, fruits and veggies, then you are on the right path.
