Hello I am new to this group. I am here because, well, I am fat and dont want to be anymore. I want any advise, help, and support. Mabey even the occasional butt kicking when I need it. I can do really good for a month or two, then I kinda loose interest, I guess. I dont know why I do it, I just do. I dont want to be scary skinny like hollywood, but healthy. Sometimes, I secretly think I would have a nice body if I were skinny. But I might never know I dont find a way to loose the wieght. I am 26 and probably 100 pounds over weight, good lord is that possible?! So I am asking, hell, I am begging for help.

Hi, I am in the same shoes. I hate my body now, but I feel so hopeless. I am needing friends who can be there when I need them, so I am hoping having this will help. Hi Ana81. There is great support here. I also belong to Sparkpeople.com. I get so much support and great info there as well. Just ask for help when you need it and you will be shocked at the help you get! Good luck!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
