Hi: This is my first day with this fantastic community. I have been reading some topics and recommendation and am very impress with the knowledge and kindness being shared. I have quite a bit of weight to loose but, I know by reading and learning from everyone I can do it myself and help others with what I believe is good. My game plan right now is to exercise at least 5-6 days a week and to cut out the sweets more due to just learning I am a diabetic type 2. I am a little under educated about diabetics but I am learning more on how to eat and to control my numbers at a safe level. I am really looking for a very serious buddy or buddies, so we can work together and help each other. I need to stay motivated due to I take care of my parents and aunt, it gets very hard sometimes so I have a bad habit of neglecting myself. If anyone have ideas or knowledge on eating healthy, loosing weight and also taking care of the diabetics, please give me as much information as possible. thanks
