Hey guys!! I am trying to loose 25 pounds but I decided that my first goal will be 10 pounds. I've heard that 2 pounds is a healthy weight loss for 1 week so I was wondering if anyone else would like to shoot for 10 pounds in 5 weeks with me. It's like a challange I guess. I weigh every monday. Yesterday (Monday) I was 161 pounds so my goal at the end of 5 weeks is 151 pounds. Anyone interested. You can weigh in any day. =D It would really help me out =D. Thx!!
