I have a couple of questions. Are you put to sleep? How long is the incision? How do ypu bathe afterwards?

you get drowsy i feel asleep mine is in my lower upper arm and the incision was about an inch i don't remember having to bathe restrictions afterwards but it was so long ago maaybe someone who has had one recently can help you there mcate

They gave me an I.V. and some Verced which knoked me out. Just had to remove bandage next day and clean with warm soapy water. You can shower but you can't soak it in the tub. Can't lift anything and u have to exercise that arm by squeezing a ball. Just for a few weeks. Mine has healed up in a week. My arm is a little sensitive but not bad or intolerable.

I too found it to be a non-event. Small incision -nothing afterwards causing any distress. If I remember right it was a drowsey drug and local anesthetic.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
