has anyone experenced shortness of breath if the machine quits and is restarted in 3 or 4 times in a row. No one at my center can explain this i almost pass out when this happens. Its like no oxigen in the blood coming back, when it stands in the filter for thoes few secounds. No one else has had this reaction at my center and the staff think im faking it. i use the large needle and run at 500 what happens a lot of the time is the machine goes down on minumum. inother words im running to well and it goes out of range. there answer to setting the machine to avoid this is if you have a needle come out this is a safety so you dont bleed to death.[when they are understaffed and with other patents]Its so bad i told them i will quit dialysis if it gets any worse.
